EVS – European Voluntary Service

The European Voluntary Service (EVS) is part of the YOUTH programme, a European Union programme that promotes the mobility of young people through international activities with a non-formal education dimension such as youth exchanges and voluntary services .

EVS is one of the opportunities for young people to get actively involved in European project work. An EVS project gains from intercultural experience, it builds on a trans-national partnership between organisations and the volunteer.

AGROLINK offers the possibility to young people from all over Europe to become a volunteer within the organisation for the period of six months up to one year. If you are interested to become a volunteer with AGROLINK contact us and your national agency. First also have a look at the official information desk for EVS volunteers: http://europa.eu.int/comm/youth/program/sos/vh_evs_en.html

AGROLINK also receives volunteers from other exchange organizations and programmes for volunteering or internships, like StudEx Switzerland, a “Leonardo da Vinci” Programme of the European Union which supports internships abroad.
